This model of settee has for origin a first model realized by Charlotte Perriand in 1941, for her first exhibition Selection, Tradition, Creation in the Takashimaya stores, in Tokyo. Made of bamboo, it had a flexible structure, a mode of creation that Charlotte Perriand will exploit a lot on other models as her lounge chair, also made for this first exhibition. This second model in metal will be a unique piece.
